Meet Sally McFall

McFall Recruitment was founded by Sally McFall, an experienced and passionate recruiter with more than 25 years’ experience in the financial and technology sectors.


As well as her day job, she’s a proud member of the Executive Board for Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) – a not-for-profit network established in 1980 which is run by volunteers for its members across the UK.
